Nike Sportswear are no strangers to pushing boundaries and creating new hybrid models that draw upon archival classics. In this case it is the Air Max 90 taking some DNA from slip-on styles like the Air Presto, to form the appropriately named Air Max 90 Ultra 2.0 EZ. A lightweight and cushioned re-tooling of the classic Air Max 90 midsole forms the base of the shoe, connected to the original AM90 mudguard. The rest of the upper is the most subversive: a large open mesh toe box and bootie with a tonal lugged lacing system define the EZ aspect. A sock-fit designed for Easy On, Easy Off.
