The low top features a thicker, more durable split-cloth canvas with extra detailing around the widest part of the toe-box. With shinier, more robust metal eyelets and slighter thinner laces, the Chuck 70 is underscored by a recrafted vulcanised midsole. In distinct off-white, the slightly tapered to-box look is accompanied by a an extra layer of midsole foxing for a marginally chunky look. Complete with an improved memory foam, textile footbed, the Chuck 70s is arguably one of the most comfortable editions of the 100 year old shoe.
